TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the 30-Day Free Trial for Layoffs Promotional Offer (“Promotion”), you agree to the promotional offer’s terms and conditions.
- Beginning May 1, 2024 at 12:00am UTC until promotion end date, to be determined (“Promotion Period”), holders of a Udacity account (“Users”) will each receive a promotional code (“Code”) via email after the successful submission of application form (“Form”) and determination that the submission meets the promotional offer requirements.
- This offer is only valid for individuals 18 years and older living in the United States of America, who have lost their job within one year of the Form submission.
- This offer will be delivered to the email address User provides in the Form. Failure to provide complete or accurate information on the Form may delay or prevent offer fulfillment.
- Form will collect User email address, LinkedIn profile, former employer, submission date, and date of layoff.
- Offer limited to one per customer and account, if applicable.
- Offer may be used only on Udacity monthly plans, and can not be combined with other offers.
- Code may be redeemed at Udacity website. Code has no monetary value. User payment information will be required to redeem Code, and a $10 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the User’s payment instrument.
- Code will provide 30 free days of Udacity use, after which User will be charged on a monthly basis for a Udacity all-access plan, unless canceled. The standard refund window per Udacity’s Terms of Use (https://www.udacity.com/en-US/legal/terms-of-use) will apply to this charge.
- Udacity reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
- Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
- If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.
